Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law.

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution procedures. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred before termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Chilliwack, British Columbia, unless both parties agree to pursue resolution through Canadian courts.

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct negotiation for at least 30 days. This requirement does not apply to claims for injunctive relief or protection of intellectual property rights.
